The NEW STANDARD apartments are elegant and modern terraced houses, all located on the ground floor.

They are surrounded by greenery and are the ideal solution for families who love to spend their time both at the seaside and at the swimming pool, since both are very close.

The porch is equipped with a dining area so as to make mealtimes particularly pleasant.
The one-room apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults + 1 child.
Please note: Maps and pictures may differ depending on the number of room.

The New Standard one-room apartments are located a few meters from the Aquagarden and the beach is also only 150 m away.
Pets
Pets are allowed (limited number). Availability and cost can be found on our website or by contacting us via email. They are not allowed in the pool area and beach.
