Here, you will find a list of frequently asked questions and answers about 4 Mori Family Village.

Units: Mobile Homes/Apartments

Is it possible to book a specific apartment or mobile home?

You can arrive at 4 Mori Family Village any day of the week! In fact, we do not have specific days for arrivals and departures. For this and other reasons it is NOT possible for us to handle any requests for accommodation numbers, adjacency or specific locations.

For the Aquagarden and Oasis types, it is possible to express a preference for the ground floor or the upper floor, if there is availability, the booking office will confirm this at the time of booking. Preferences can be indicated in the notes when booking.

Can my bring the car closer to my mobile home/apartment?

Yes, it is only possible to bring your car to your accommodation (apartment or mobile home) on the day of arrival, once between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm and on the day of departure, once between 9:00 am and 10:00 am.

Are there accessible accommodations?

Yes, there are accommodations accessible to people with mobility difficulties. In total we have 2 one-room apartments, 2 two-room apartments and 1 three-room mobile home called "Special". The accommodations are easily accessible and have their own bathroom. The “Special” mobile homes can be booked directly through the online booking of our site. The availability of accommodation in the apartment, however, must be verified through “request information”. Most of the resort services can be reached comfortably with the aid of the disabled and elderly and there is a J.O.B wheelchair both in the pool and on the beach.

Is it possible to rent a crib, high chair or booster seat?

Yes, they are available upon reservation for a fee. Availability is limited, for this reason, it is recommended to book through the online booking on our website or by e-mail.

What are the differences between the apartments and the mobile homes?

The apartments are masonry lodgings, one-roomed or two-roomed. According to the typology they are available on the ground floor or on the second floor. They are all equipped with a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The mobile homes are independent accommodations, all equipped with two or three bedrooms and at least one bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The “Special” mobile homes is equipped with a bathroom accessible to people with motor difficulties.

What is included in the standard equipment of apartments and mobile homes?

Kitchen:

Glasses, Mugs, Coffee Cups, Mocha Coffee Maker, Milk Kettle;

Plates (flat, deep, fruit, oval, large and small salad bowl);

Saucepan, Pan with lid, Pot with lid, Frying pan, Colander.

Housecleaning:

Basin, Broom and Dustpan, Brush, Bucket, Floor Mop.

Various:

Table and Chairs, Tablecloth, Clothesline, Hangers,

Bed linen with weekly change (sheets and possible blankets),

Towels with weekly change (1 Face, 1 Bidet, 1 Shower per person).

Items not included in the scope of supply:

Beach/Pool towels, Swimming cap, Cloths and pot holders, Toilet paper (the first roll is provided), garbage bags (1 dry bag and 1 wet bag is provided), everything that is not indicated in the general equipment.

What does the linen set for apartments and mobile homes include?

The set, with weekly change, consists of 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel, 1 bath towel, 2 single bed sheets + 1 pillowcase or 2 double bed sheets + 2 pillowcases. If provided, the free change is already present in the accommodation and can be done independently during the stay.

Is the final cleaning of the accommodation included in the total price of the stay+66?

Yes, it is a mandatory cost, included in the total price of the stay

Are there any services included or free in the cost of the Apartments and Mobile Homes?

The total cost of the holiday includes final cleaning, water, electricity and gas consumption, bed linen (with weekly change), bathroom linen (with weekly change), equipped kitchenette ( utensils, pots and pans), refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, satellite TV (only some Rai channels-no Mediaset channel visible), hairdryer, all entertainment activities and miniclub (limited offer in low season), entrance to the AquaGarden area with swimming pool for adults and children (swimming cap compulsory), use of the playground, gym, use of the barbecue area, indoor or outdoor parking (both unguarded).

What are the arrival and departure times for apartments and mobile homes?

The accommodations are delivered starting from 15:00 and guaranteed for 20:00.
Outside reception opening hours, you will be greeted by our night watchman who will ask for an identity document and will show you your accommodation. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 and the keys must be returned to reception.

Is it possible to request a late check-out for apartments and mobile homes?

You can check the possibility of a late check-out only on site at the Reception. If there is the possibility of late check-out, the additional cost will be indicated by the reception staff.


Pitches

Can I go out in my camper (or similar vehicle used as my primary accommodation) during my stay?

No, as per our internal rules, access to the campsite is allowed only once on the day of arrival, between 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm or between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and only once on the day of departure between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon.

How many Amperes do the pitches have?

Classic and Advance pitches have 6 A, while Super pitches have 10 A.

Where can I empty the grey water (chemical toilet)?

There is a designated area for flushing the chemical toilet behind each sanitary block. There is also an area in the facility for potable water loading and camper service (gray water).

How do I position my camper, caravan, tent or car?

Your sleeping facilities and related amenities shall be located no less than 75 cm from the perimeter of the pitch. Entrance to the accommodation facility must be at least 150 cm from the perimeter of the pitch.

Can I set up blinds or hammocks?

As a sign of respect for the surrounding environment and for the good coexistence of all guests, it is not allowed to tie ropes, hammocks or other objects to the trees or structures of the 4 Mori (mobile homes, apartments, street lamps, fountains, etc.).
Similarly, the installation of blinds or separations in the campsite area must be done in an organized manner and preserving the image of the campsite.

Is it possible to book a specific pitch?

You can arrive at 4 Mori Family Village any day of the week! In fact, we do not have specific days for arrivals and departures.
For this and other reasons it is NOT possible for us to handle any requests for accommodation numbers, adjacency or specific locations.

Are there any services included or free in the cost of the pitches?

Electricity, entrance to the AquaGarden area with swimming pool for adults and children (swimming cap compulsory), all entertainment activities for adults and children (limited offer in low season), free Wi-Fi in 3 areas of the resort (Bar la Piazzetta, AquaGarden and Cuccumeu Beach Bar), four fully equipped sanitary blocks with free hot showers, toilets dedicated to people with reduced mobility (available upon request), a dedicated area for camper service (grey water discharge) and drinking water refill.
In addition, in some pitches (SUPER) are included drinking water and grey water discharge directly in the pitch and satellite connection (limited channels - only some Rai channels visible)

Is it possible to request a late check out for pitches?

You can check the possibility of a late check-out only on site at the Reception. If there is the possibility of late check-out, the additional cost will be indicated by the reception staff. 

Entertainment

Is there entertainment?
Yes, in the high season there is entertainment while the Mini-club is guaranteed even in the low season.


Is there a fee for the entertainment activities?
All entertainment activities are free
Is there entertainment for all ages at 4Mori?
At 4Mori the entertainment activities are focused on the little ones, with the Mini-club always present.
In high season there is also entertainment for everyone with both sporting and recreational activities, fitness sports and evening events.

Restaurant

Is there a restaurant or a pizzeria?
Yes, there is a Restaurant-Pizzeria for the guests of 4Mori. The menu is a la carte. In addition, inside the 4Mori you can find several bars where you can also have quick meals.
I suffer from celiac disease! Where can I eat?
In our Restaurant-Pizzeria you can also consume gluten-free dishes and pizzas.
Can I book half board or full board?
No, we do not offer classic formulas at our facility.

Services

Is there a Market?
Yes, at 4Mori there is a market with gastronomy.

You can buy packaged gluten-free products at our market
Where are the commercial services located?
The Bar and the Restaurant-Pizzeria overlook the large central square of our Family Village. The Market is located in the main street a few steps from the reception.
Is there a laundry room?
Yes, there is a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers that can be used by all guests of the structure. The cost for each wash or dry is € 4.00. (detergents not included, can be purchased at our internal market).
Are there free games for children?
Yes, on the beach and in our Playground.
Are the inflatables included in the price of the stay?
No, they are for a fee.
Do you have life-saving devices?
Yes, we have 2 semiautomatic defibrillators (one in the reception area and one on the beach) with pads for adults and for children, and a kit of 3 choking rescue devices (to be kept in the restaurant).
The anti-choking devices are one for infants, one for children, and one for adults. Our staff is trained in first aid and AED use.

Wi-Fi

Is there Wi-Fi in all common areas of the facility?
The free WI-FI service is available in 3 common areas of the structure, at the Bar “La Piazzetta”, in the pool area “AquaGarden” and at Cuccumeu Beach Bar.
Do the housing units have Wi-Fi coverage?
Yes, the free Wi-Fi is present in both apartments and mobile homes, but the open-air conformation of the campsite with vegetation and trees in motion and the vastness of the structure, do not guarantee the perfect connection in every area of the structure.

Barbecue

Can I Barbecue?
Yes, there is a dedicated area.
Resort – Mobile Homes and Apartments:
For safety reasons, it is not possible to barbecue in any area other than the explicitly dedicated area.
Campsite:
It is possible to use the GAS barbecue inside your pitch. Alternatively, you can use the barbecues in the dedicated area.

Transfer Service

Is it possible to have a transfer service from/to Cagliari airport?
Yes. The request for this service can be made directly to our booking office. Since this is a private service, the cost per route must be paid directly to the driver. It is advisable to book at least 7 days before your arrival.

Medical Doctor

Is there a medical doctor on site?
Yes, there is a free medical clinic service for 2 hours a day. For any emergency, the nearest emergency room is in Muravera, just 6 km from the campsite.

Beach

How far is the 4 Mori Family Village from the beach?
The 4 Mori Family Village borders the beach. It is not necessary to cross any external road. The maximum distance between our accommodations and the beach is 250 m.
What are the features of the 4 Mori Family Village beach?
The beach has fine sand of light grey color, it is very wide. Given its extension and thanks to the fact that the structure is located in an isolated area, even in August you can enjoy a quiet and absolutely not crowded beach.
Is there a beach equipped with beach umbrellas and sunbeds?
Yes, there is an equipped beach area for a fee in the beach in front of our resort. It is available by reservation (availability is limited), through online booking on our website or by e-mail.
Can I bring my own beach umbrella and deck chair to the beach?
Yes, it is possible to bring your own beach umbrella and deck chair and place them on the free part of the beach.

Pets

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed (limited number). The availability and cost can be viewed through our website or by contacting us via email. Access to the pool area is not allowed: https://www.4mori.it/regolamento/
Can I take my dog to the free beach?
The public beach in front of the 4 Mori is not equipped or authorized for dogs.
Access to pets, as per regional legislation, is allowed from 20.00 to 8.00.
Can I bring my dog to your beach concession?
Within our bath-house, as per regional legislation, it is possible to carry small dogs in your arms up to the assigned position where they must remain on a leash.

Guest/visitor entrance.

Is it possible to visit the resort?

A visit of less than one hour is allowed under prior authorization of the Reception staff, the visitor is however obligated to hand in an identification document and to wear the bracelet.
Access is on foot only.

Can family and friends come visit during the day?

The possibility of receiving daily guests must always be confirmed with the reception staff or the booking office and it is limited to the capacity of the housing unit. For more information see our internal regulation: https://www.4mori.it/regolamento/

Entrance fees may vary based on price list.

Can I host family and friends for the night?

All persons staying, must be declared at the time of booking or within the terms and conditions indicated in the “conditions of cancellation and changes of stay” of the rate plan booked and must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation booked.

Payments

How do I pay for my stay?

Payment can be made in advance (upon request), at check-in or during your stay. We accept payment by credit card (NO American Express/Diners), debit card, cash (up to € 1.999.99).

Tourist tax

What is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is a tax for the municipality, not included in the cost of the stay, that all guests not resident in the City of Muravera will have to pay on site at the time of the payment. 

AquaGarden/swimming pools

Is the entrance to the AquaGarden included in the price of the stay?

Yes, the entrance is included in the price of your stay. Access is allowed only with the 4 Mori special bracelet which you will be given at check-in by the reception.

Are the pools heated? Is the use of swimming cap necessary?

The pools do not have artificial heating but are heated naturally by the sun. It is compulsory to wear a swimming cap. Children under 3 years of age must wear underwear or diapers before entering the water.

Generals

Are parking spaces available?

Yes, we have two parking areas, one inside and one outside the facility. Both areas are free and unguarded.

Can I drive my vehicle into the resort?

It is possible to access the internal parking area, every day between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Is the main gate always open for movement of motor vehicles?

No, the gate is closed from 11 pm to 7 am and it is forbidden to use motor vehicles. However, access to the campsite by foot is permitted at all times.

How is security guaranteed inside the 4 Mori Family Village?

Upon arrival, our guests will be required to wear nice colored wristbands that will make access easy, fast and stress-free. For security reasons, all those who do not wear them are forbidden entry.

Are the arrival and departure dates flexible?

Yes, they are! However, you must meet the minimum number of nights required to book your stay.

What happens if I arrive later than my scheduled arrival date or leave earlier than my scheduled departure date?

Delays of more than 24 hours from the date of arrival, not communicated, will result in the cancellation of the reservation. In case of late arrival or early departure, the guest must pay the full amount of the reservation previously made.
