this regulation is meant to be a guarantee for your holiday.
It will be easy to accept a few simple tips which our guests’ experience taught us over time and that are now a treasure for us, in order to make you spend, together with our commitment and professionalism, a peaceful, fun and carefree holiday.
By booking and/or entering our resort, it is taken that you have read, understood and accepted these rules.

1. Check In
All clients, upon arrival, are required to promptly hand over their identity documents in order to allow the correct and necessary registration.
All personal data will be processed by the management, in accordance with the regulations in force on the processing of personal data and privacy.

2. Visitors
No other visitors are allowed to enter the facilities of 4 Mori Family Village unless specifically authorized by Management.
Once admitted, they are necessarily required to deliver their identity documents in order to allow the Management to register their information correctly.
All personal data will be processed by the management, in accordance with the regulations in force on the processing of personal data and privacy.
Once the access to the resort has been granted, visitors will have to comply in all respects with these regulations, which will be signed, and pay, if due, the price for the relative prescribed rate.

In any case, as far as the period of effective abusive stay of the visitors is concerned, the Management declines any responsibility regarding damages suffered by things or people inside its own structure, if caused by imprudence, negligence or inexperience, or even with malice, and will give mandate to its Legal Office to be protected in front of the competent authorities.

3. Check Out
Departing guests are required to pay the price for the rate as per contract and reservation. Once formal receipt is received, they must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am and the pitches by 12:00 noon.
After this period, at the discretion of the Management, they must pay the price for another full working day.
If management deems it necessary, before the payment and the release of the receipt, in the presence of guests, by means of its employees may access the facilities used by them during the stay, in order to verify the status of places and facilities at the time of the actual release.

4. Motor and non-motor vehicles
By prior arrangement with Management, customers will be allowed to drive their cars through and park only within the designated parking areas.
The procedure to enter the campground will be notified to the drivers by the designated Reception staff and must be strictly followed in order to avoid risks to the safety of the guests already in the campsite, including the many minors, as well as to the staff and the material goods.
Within the structure, except for the area of the main square, the bar-restaurant area, and the Aquagarden, the use of bicycles (electric and non-electric) and kick scooters with rubber wheels and equipped with front brakes is permitted.
Management recommends always maintaining a walking pace. Please note that from dusk until 8:00 am their use is prohibited for safety reasons.
The use of electric scooters, hoverboards, roller skates, and skateboards is always prohibited.
Any damage caused to people and property inside the 4 Mori Family Village, resulting from a failure to comply with the procedures to enter, transit and park vehicles within the premises, will result in civil liability on the part of the transgressors, releasing the 4 Mori Family Village, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, from any form of liability.
The Management reserves the right, in any case, to have its Legal Department assess damages caused to property or persons within its premises, caused by negligence, carelessness or malpractice, when driving the cars in the case of failure to comply with the rules, in order to have its good right protected.

5. Furniture
There are numerous flower beds and landscaping areas in the facility.
They have irrigation systems within them and, for the purposes of routine maintenance, there may be tools used by specialized personnel.
Moreover, periodical interventions will be practiced on them through the use of chemical and natural products.
For these reasons, it is strictly forbidden for pedestrians to pass through the areas described, which entails a real danger for the safety of guests.
Management declines, therefore, any responsibility of the 4 Mori Family Village, in relation to any damage resulting from the entry and transit on the flowerbeds and green areas of furniture and, at the same time, reserves the necessary protection for malfunctions or damage caused to these structures to be considered caused by unauthorized entry into the same by third parties.
Important notices are present and clearly legible for users near these areas, useful to ensure the safety of visitors.
There are numerous trees, plants and shrubs on the 4 Mori Family Village premises.
It is strictly forbidden for visitors to cut or damage them for any reason.
Management, informing you that the maintenance staff is available to guests for any reason that may relate to the management of green furniture, disclaims any liability for damage and civil liability arising from damage and abandonment of branches or parts of them within the structure and reserves, in other cases, the right to be compensated for damages caused by cutting or damaging of green furniture mentioned. In any case, Management declines any responsibility arising from the fall of branches or trees.
6. Pets
Dogs and other pets are allowed inside the 4 Mori Family Village facilities.
Pets are accepted on a limited basis upon authorization by the booking office or upon acceptance by Management. Availability also varies according to the size of the animal. Access to the pool area is not allowed. Access to the free beach (not equipped), as per regional legislation, is only possible between 8 pm and 8 am.
However, we can only grant access to small dogs within our bathing establishment if they are carried in the arm to the sunshade booked and kept on a leash under it.
It seems obvious that this decision should find the necessary support of the owners of the pet given the presence of many minors within the resort as well as, of course, all the other visitors and considered, again, the significant need to protect the safety and welfare of visitors within 4 Mori Family Village.
The presence and stay of pets is allowed if the owners will personally ensure the following conditions: the pets must be governed and guarded by guests, must always be and in any case equipped with a leash, owners must take all necessary precautions so that they do not disturb the peace of other guests and their safety. With regard to the physiological needs of animals, there will be identified areas within the complex, duly distanced from the places of life of the community, where the animals will be taken for the fulfillment of these needs. If this solution is not possible or easy, the owners of the animals will have to provide themselves with special tools for removal in closed containers, and take care of their deposit in waste containers.
In any case, Management declines any responsibility for any damage caused to things or people inside the Resort, reserving the right to proceed with the request for compensation for damage caused by failure to comply with these rules, damage caused to facilities or staff.

7. Aquagarden
Management recommends caution in the use of swimming pools, related equipment, appliances and furnishings in the vicinity of the swimming pools.
The constant presence of qualified personnel near the swimming pools is guaranteed.
They are, by the Management, in charge of providing any kind of assistance to bathers and visitors of the pools.
Customers are asked to pay particular attention to the entrance to the pools, the use of the stairs “up and down” located inside the tanks, the mode of transit and parking on the edge overlooking the pools.
All the information provided is considered necessary to ensure the proper use of the facilities, for the exclusive protection of users. The incorrect use of the structures, it is clear, could cause physical damage to guests as well as disrupt services.
Management declines, therefore, any civil liability arising from the incorrect use of the pools, the above-mentioned stairs and appliances.
In proximity of the above-mentioned places, important notices to the visitors are positioned concerning the correct use of the facilities. In addition, without prejudice to the constant and guaranteed presence of qualified personnel to assist the bathing, it is recommended to pay the utmost attention in case of entry of minors to the pool areas.
They must necessarily be accompanied by the parent or person in charge.
For any emergencies, guests may contact the personnel in charge on the premises.

The use of normal diligence in the use of the apartments, mobile homes, furniture and their appliances is required.
The staff in charge remains at the complete disposal of the users, in order to guarantee them assistance in operating the devices present inside the housing units.
With regard to the use of radios, TV sets and all other audio devices, it is recommended to use the volume carefully in order to preserve the peace and quiet of all guests.
Management informs the guests that, from 11:00 p.m. until 08:00 a.m., it is forbidden to behave in a way that could disturb the rest of other guests.
In any case, and at any time of day or night, we recommend balance in behaviours that could disturb the peace of the resort, especially noise, loud voices, foul language, unjustified and prolonged noise.
This is both inside the housing units and outside, in the porches or public areas. It is expressly forbidden to light fires. We recommend normal diligence in the use of barbecues.
The non-normal use of such equipment, resulting in damage to persons or property, will not constitute a hypothesis of liability on the part of 4 Mori Family Village.
In any case, Management reserves the right to legal protection for damages or malfunctions to property and facilities, or caused to its own employees, resulting from the incorrect use of the above equipment.
Behaviour detrimental to the image and decorum of 4 Mori Family Village, which violates these rules and will be viewed as contrary to the rules of normal diligence and quiet life, as well as insulting, threatening, not caring about the proximity of other guests, contrary to normal education and hostile to proper discipline, even regardless of formal warnings submitted to Management by guests, will be carefully evaluated and, if persistent, will be sanctioned with immediate expulsion from the resort, without prejudice to the right of 4 Mori Family Village, to refer to the competent authorities in order to be compensated for any damage caused to the facilities as well as the image of the resort.
In any case, Management reserves the right to report such behaviour to the authorities. Each guest is required to take care of the objects on his property.
Management declines every responsibility for eventual losses or subtractions, except for the maximum availability of its own delegates to supply help in the search of the lost items and in the notifications to the competent authorities.
The staff in charge remains at the complete disposal of the users, in order to guarantee them assistance in operating the devices present inside the housing units.

9. Children's Play Area - baby club and mini club
Inside the 4 Mori Family Village, numerous spaces are available to visitors for sports and recreational activities, for adults and children.
The Management guarantees that it has carried out, by means of qualified technicians, the necessary tests relating to the correct functioning of the structures and their safety and that it has also verified compliance with the hygiene, health and safety standards of equipment supplied by third parties. (in any case declining any responsibility in case of non-compliant or false description of the same by its suppliers).
In any case, the staff in charge remains at the complete disposal of the user for any information or clarification regarding the use, entry, operation of the systems.
In the areas intended exclusively as a play area for children and named for brevity and simplicity the Baby club and Mini club, the presence of Village staff is guaranteed in order to keep the play spaces tidy and clean, as well as the usability and functionality of the their use and for the purpose of supervising the minors present there, according to normal diligence.
In this case, the parents or guardians appointed by them, by accepting these regulations, release Vi.Mur. S.r.l and any other of its appointees, from any harm caused to minors.
In the event that the parents or their delegates leave the places where the minors stay, the employees will continue to monitor and control them according to normal diligence.
In this case, the parents or their representatives, by signing this regulation, exonerate Vi.Mur from any responsibility. S.r.l and any other person in charge, from any damage to minors.
In no case can the presence and activities carried out by the village staff present in the aforementioned play areas intended for children be defined as an educational / assistance activity involving obligations of care and protection of minors.
The exercisers of authority, therefore, under penalty of unusability of the area, free the Village and the staff of the facility from any responsibility inherent in the care and assistance of children.
The managers of the structure may, for reasons of safety or opportunity, inhibit the use of the Baby club and Mini club at their sole discretion if the subjects identified as responsible for the care and assistance of the minor were not provided with a suitable proxy or should contravene to this as to any part of this regulation.
In general, normal diligence is recommended in the use and use of the systems themselves.
In the event of incorrect use of the facilities, the Management disclaims any civil liability arising from any damage caused to people or things inside or near the facilities.
The use of gaming instruments, such as balls or various sports equipment, outside the appropriate facilities is prohibited, in order to avoid risks to the safety of minors themselves and, again, of other Visitors.
The Management also declines any civil liability deriving from damage to persons or property caused during the performance of playful activities carried out outside the appropriate spaces.

11. Privacy
Your personal data acquired by us in any form by virtue of the booking of your stay, also addressed to third parties, will be used in compliance with current legislation in compliance to the obligations of confidentiality, lawfulness and correctness.
Your data will be processed exclusively for the purposes relating to the services requested and provided. The processing of information concerning you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and will be processed and stored with IT and / or paper tools. In relation to the activities of the catering services, wellness center and any other service that requires or contemplates the reservation, only the minimum and necessary data, adequate and relevant with respect to the prevention of contagion from COVID-19 will be collected and processed. We carefully keep a Register of processing activities which describes and identifies the measures adopted for the security of personal data and any updates and / or modifications of the identification data of the owners, managers and / or agents.
Without prejudice to all your rights, we inform you that Vi.Mur. s.r.l. reserves the right to make use of the presence of a photographer inside the facility in order to shoot or photograph for promotional purposes. The photos for sale, which can be purchased at the Photo Shop of the 4 Mori Family Village, are taken only by the official photographers of the village, always recognizable by the special badge, who undertake not to disclose them online and to delete them within 7 days in order to guarantee your privacy.
Photos will be displayed on LED walls only to users of the village to facilitate their choice and ordering.
Therefore, by reading this regulation, you will give your consent to the processing of your personal data for the aforementioned purposes;

In relation to the activities of the catering services, wellness center and any other service that requires or contemplates the reservation, the data collected will be processed and stored for a period of fourteen days; such data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties outside the specific regulatory provisions, in particular the health ones; in the event of temporary isolation due to exceeding the temperature threshold, they will be communicated to the competent health authorities, ensuring methods that guarantee the confidentiality and dignity of the owner. - Registration on paper slip of the names of the guests booking who use the catering services, wellness center and any other service that requires or contemplates the reservation; Car rental service (possible secondary activity of Vimur); Bicycle rental (eventual_ at the time of rental an accessory contract is signed with the details of a document reported); Rental of Vodafone Wi-Fi devices to customers (possible _ with signing of an accessory contract and request for the details of a credit card to cover any damage to the property)

The personal data storage system is organized as follows:
Data storage is entrusted to the following system: email: it is backed up on hard disk and shared in the local network. A copy of them is made in parallel on the N.O.S. All data, including those acquired and processed through automated tools and subject to the aforementioned storage needs, will be deleted upon execution of the contract.
